Benchmark II, founded in 2000, teamed together a group of professionals who's vision was to promote better business practices. The team began by assessing hospitality properties, making recommendations and promoting positive change through shared philosophies. By training staff and establishing continuity through the properties, the results were successful growth and higher returns. The company relocated its corporation to North Carolina in 2009 and is now Benchmark II, LLC.

Allison Hackley Gahrmann - Founder and CEO

Allison spent fifteen years in hospitality management prior to starting Benchmark II. As a team player specializing in guiding "red" properties back "into the black", her role as troubleshooter and initial staff trainer gives her insight as to what perception a company generates and is the guiding force behind Benchmark II. She leads Step One in Benchmark II's assessment program.

John R. Gahrmann - VP Marketing & Project Management

John joined the team as VP of Marketing and Project Management. His training and background encompasses over twelve years in the industry.

William C. Bauldry, PhD - Research & Development

Bill serves in an advisory capacity for research and development.
